A leading interior design company located in Pimlico is looking for an Administrative Assistant. With immediate start and a competitive salary of £25k, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team in the interior design industry.

Our esteemed partner specialises in creating unparalleled pieces that infuse every interior with a sense of joy. With recent expansion and impressive sales performance, our client has made over 20 new additions to their team during the lockdown period, and they are continuing to grow their London team.

As an Assistant, you will be based with the sales team. Your role will involve managing the samples inbox, filtering the system, and delegating samples to the appropriate department. With a high retention rate and a supportive team environment, you will have the opportunity to learn and immerse yourself in the interior design industry.

The ideal candidate will have some administrative experience and be a quick learner with good attention to detail. You should be highly organised, process-driven, and resourceful, with the ability to work at pace and prioritise tasks. An interest in the arts and creative industries would be an advantage.

Working hours are 9:30am to 6:00pm Monday to Thursday, and 9:30am to 5:00pm on Friday, with 1 hour for lunch. Although flexibility may be considered in the future, for now, the role requires 5 days in the office. Our client also offers monthly paid-for drinks and a supportive and welcoming work environment.
