Internal Recruiter (ID:16737)

A fast-growing Fin-Tech company in the City is seeking an Internal Recruiter and HR Administrator to assist in helping them up-scale their business.
80% of the role will be cv sourcing candidates for roles within Banking,
Fin-Tech and Engineering both from linked in Recruiter and Reed as well as Bullion searches. You will also manage the internal ATS as well as approach potential candidates about roles and engage them with the brand. You will also support the Talent Lead with recruitment projects including salary benchmarking, market analysis and reporting.
20% of the role will mainly consist of HR Administration, assisting with onboarding, hiring and general HR duties.
The ideal applicant will have between 6-12 months HR experience using HR systems. You will possess excellent organisational skill as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A background in Banking, Recruitment or Tech is ideal but more important is a positive and willing attitude. A background in administration could also be hugely beneficial.
