HR Business Partner required for Hospitality group in West London. 

This role will report into the HR Director and the role will involve implementing HR initiatives and processes as well as Recruitment support.  You will lead Employee Relations chases, support with employment legislation as well as assisting with training and coaching. As HR Business Partner you will analyse HR metrics, identify training needs and support with project management.

You will have a strong knowledge of HR and will have worked in several HR roles previously. An interest in the Hospitality and Retail sector would be highly advantageous.

Skills required are excellent people skills, being empathetic and thoughtful as well as having great organisational and interpersonal skills together with advanced MS office skills.
