Our global investment client, is currently seeking a proactive team layer to join their team. Based in a modern office of approx 40pp, the role is to provide support, being based on reception. Working alongside a part time colleague, the role will be busy and varied with duties ranging from meeting and greeting, managing the local facilities (overseeing office equipment maintenance, supporting compliance with H&S policies, acting as the first point of contact for office management issues) to assisting with external events, organising social events - providing PA type support, managing travel and visa arrangements and assisting HR with various admin. Typically 3 days in and 2 from home, however flexibility is essential dependent on the business requirements.

The successful person will ideally have been educated to graduate level, have a confident, enthusiastic, warm personality - down to earth with lots of common sense, ambitious and motivated to do a job well, go the extra mile.
