Working for a French MD and liaising with colleague in the UK, US and Europe you will need fluent written and spoken French to native level. The role will be a true right hand and act as the eyes and ears of the MD when they are travelling (3 weeks+ per month). The relationship will be one of mutual respect and the MD requires an EA who is able to work at their level and pace, effortlessly handling the delicate relationships internally and externally with gravitas and tact.

The MD heads up a particularly dynamic and emerging business stream that has gained huge traction in the last 5 years. Their clients are global, both in terms of footprint and in economic and social impact and as such an EA with a strong commitment to the business and the senior Partner will be essential to delivering the all-round support they are looking for.

Core duties will include;

• Complex diary and itinerary management (private and business)

• Proactive inbox management

• Coordination of portfolio boards and support to investment relations events

• Maintaining full contact database and dealing with any compliance and regulatory administration

• Private support including insurances, health, family holidays, property/ car/ yacht administration

It would suit a business support professional with a strong academic background, perhaps with an MBA or robust undergraduate degree, a minimum of 5 years EA experience and ideally experience working in France/ Switzerland/ Benelux or for a consulting firm with European and US clients.

 

Alongside a generous base salary of £80,000-£100,000 they also offer an excellent benefits worth over £15,000 p/a, excluding bonus and pension.
