Business Development Representative, Hybrid Central London, £30k (ID:20060)
A great opportunity to join a forward thinking, tech/software company located in central London. Working on a hybrid basis, the role is to provide business development working within a small collaborative team, within an office of approx 170pp. Globally recognised, this is an important role, integral to the business's relationships and growth.
The role:
Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including online research, social media, and industry events.
Reach out to potential clients via email, phone calls, and social media to introduce the company and it's services/ solutions.
Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and timeline.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns effectively.
Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings, demonstrations, and presentations with qualified Lead Generation
The successful person will ideally have a English based degree or equivalent experience.
Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
Engaging, energetic and coachable communicator with a keen interest in sales and/or marketing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Agile learners – ability to learn something new.
Commitment to a schedule that coincides with the customer’s workday.
Strong customer service and organisation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills – the ability to communicate, persuade and influence diverse stakeholder groups.
A team player able to work collaboratively and in a complex matrix environment.
Results focused and self-motivating.
Amenable to work onsite for the first 3 months and on the days the business will require you to do so.
30k + annual commission of up to 25%
