This Excellent Graduate Scheme is suitable for any ambitious University graduate who wants to start their successful career as a recruitment consultant.

You will be working for an international recruitment company with a 1 in 2 placement compared to the recruitment industry average of 1 in 8.

The Operations Coordinator graduate scheme is a 3–6-month program and helps graduates gain the relevant experience to become a recruitment consultant. The daily activities of the role include CV sourcing, collating leads, answering phone calls, running meetings, and welcoming candidates and clients into the office.

You will be recruiting for Executive Assistants, Personal Assistants, HR advisors, team assistants, marketing assistants and more!!! Not only will you be working for one of the leading office based recruitment companies in the UK, there are international offices in Paris and Brussels that allows for internal movement.

There are many benefits of the role which include team outings , Free Eye tests, performance-based profit share (non-contractual and discretionary) and many more!!!!

Requirements:
- Looking for University Graduates with a 2.1 and above and strong A-levels (or International equivalent), along with being a friendly and ambitious individual.
- Highly competitive salary: £28,500 (+ Commission)
