The Role: This is not your typical 9-to-5! You’ll be juggling personal travel, and household management as well as some business duties, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. From coordinating complex schedules and travel itineraries to handling confidential projects and personal errands, you’ll be the right-hand person keeping life in perfect harmony.

Key Responsibilities: Managing a diary, including last-minute schedule changes, Coordinate all CEO meetings with home life responsibilities. Overseeing household affairs and personal errands, Providing business support, including liaising with key stakeholders, Handling out-of-hours requests as needed in this ever-changing industry, Ensuring all technology is set up and thoroughly tested before each meeting to avoid any issues. Coordinate all aspects of travel for appointments, including booking transportation, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring a hassle-free experience from start to finish.
