Operations Assistant – highly successful start-up (ID:2542)

Based in trendy offices that offer excellent perks such as a gym onsite, one of my favourite clients is looking for Operations Assistant to join their energetic team in a hugely varied new position. What they are really looking for is someone intelligent with strong initiative who is capable of taking on more and growing the role. You will have a strong academic background and ideally degree educated. A minimum of 2 years office experience in a operations, administrative or client-facing role is essential, and previous experience within a start-up or interior design is also highly desirable.
This role will suit someone who is a natural multi-tasker who enjoys and is confident switching between a wide variety of tasks daily while delivering on everything 100%, with the ability to handle the fast-paced nature of a start-up. Exposed to inspirational leadership, day to day you will doing everything from liaising with clients overseas, logistics, collating reports using Excel and managing all other operational tasks.
