PEG partners with RSM to help business leaders tap into talent
The Progressive Employers Group (PEG) partnered with leading provider of audit, tax and consulting services, RSM, to share the insights and challenges of empowering internal talent last week.
Created to strengthen the city’s employment market, PEG provides a platform for business leaders to understand, articulate and build on ideas through a calendar of events, panel discussions and meetings.
Taking place on Wednesday 15 May, Mark Taylor – managing partner at RSM – shared his experiences of empowering internal talent and how this has created a culture of mutual trust, greater freedom and business growth.
Verity Stokes, director at recruitment specialist and sponsors of PEG, Katie Bard, was also on hand to discuss the future plans of the group and why business leaders should become progressive employers in a rapidly changing employment landscape.
